Ibotta is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This role Promotes and demonstrates a commitment to quality and timely processing of all Accounts Receivable tasks, working to ensure prompt and accurate billing, collections and cash applications to minimize billing errors and collections.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Proactively research and resolve billing issues and questions
Assist in applying cash receipts to outstanding invoices when necessary
Actively pursue delinquent customer accounts
Reconcile account balances including deferred revenue
Provide support to Sales Account Managers relating to customer billing and account balances
Participate on internal and external customer facing calls regarding customer billing issues
Streamline, automate, and instill best practices in billing and collections process
Run weekly AR reports and provide input regarding collection status and help with forecasting cash collections.
Contribute to month-end and year-end accounting close processes related to billing
Other duties and projects as needed

What we are looking for:
2+ years of accounting and/or billing experience or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
Technical Skills: G Suite, Intermediate Excel, NetSuite, and optionally Salesforce
Strong customer service, data entry, and organizational skills
Capability to perform multiple tasks with changing priorities and to follow through to completion on all assignments

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO, and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $60,000-$67,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience
