Your Next Career Opportunity – Accounts Receivable Analyst
Assist with the oversight of accuracy and timeliness of the team's billing, cash application and reconciliation from time of billing thru reconciliation of open receivables. Assist with root cause analysis on identified issues in order to streamline processes. Team Member/Subject Matter Expert for process improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Key member involved in departmental projects to improve systems and processes.
- Assist with the testing and implementation.
- Responsible for Revenue Share Reconciliation with the major carriers.
- Acts as Administrator for all 3rd Party Customer Portals.
- Take point on assigned process improvement projects throughout the project lifestyle: development with IT, coordinate testing, and training of employees.
- Responsible for the system integrations and balancing of open AR transactions for all securitizations.
- Subject matter expert for various components of AR.
- Reconcile and resolve any issues with invoices and/or cash application aging issues and address the root causes.
- Work with the Reconciliation Team to resolve receivable issues and address the root causes.
- Root cause analysis of unapplied cash.
- Assist with bank reconciliation issues.
- Coordinate/Assist in month end preparation and close process.
- Maintain policies and procedure for all Accounts Receivable activities that pertain to the business in question. Ensure policies and procedures are communicated to team.
- Fulfill all internal/external audit requests relation to items that have been processed by accounts receivables.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Finance or Accounting;
- and 5-7 years experience with analysis, reconciliation and accounts receivable
