Role Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing billing, payment processing, and account reconciliations to ensure smooth financial operations. You will resolve financial inquiries, produce reports, and support cash flow management while maintaining strong client and internal relationships. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with expertise in financial operations and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and Invoicing: Maintain the billing system and generate accurate invoices and account statements.
- Account Management: Perform account reconciliations and maintain organized accounts receivable files and records.
- Reporting: Produce monthly financial and management reports to support informed decision-making.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve irregularities or inquiries related to accounts receivable.
- Financial Analysis: Assist with general financial management and analysis tasks to support business operations.
- Payment Processing: Utilize banking expertise to manage transactions, process payments, and ensure timely cash flow between clients and the company.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: University degree in a relevant field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Romanian.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage expectations.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Independence: Capability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally within the organization.
- Technical Skills: A solid mathematical foundation; experience in banking operations (e.g., cash applications, bank reconciliations, payment processing) is a plus.
