Job Description

Manage collections for internal customers (countries, clusters, business units)

Analyze customer trends, required payments, and resolve disputes.

Align processes with internal teams (cash applications, invoicing, disputes management, sales, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.

Maintain close contact with customers via outbound telephone calls and other forms of communication to manage queries, requests, disputes, etc.

Identify potential risks on customer accounts and create action plans to mitigate those risks.
Who we are looking for:
-
At least 2 years of experience in B2B collections and/or order-to-cash processes

Strong experience using SAP
-
Previous experience in sales or customer service in call centers and/or as BPO (business process outsourcing) is preferred

English language proficiency: Basic-Intermediate level (both oral and written)

Academic background in Finance, Accounting, commercial degrees, or related fields

Proficient in MS Excel
