Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description

Review Letters of Credit (LC) Drafts:

  • Provide support in reviewing LC drafts and officially issued Letters of Credit.
  • Offer feedback and advice to internal and external partners regarding the contents of LC drafts.

Letters of Credit Checklist:

  • Prepare Letters of Credit checklists and submit them for approval.
  • Post approved checklists to the internal site.

Amendments and Communication:

  • Process all Letters of Credit amendments received.
  • Disseminate information about amendments to various internal teams and third-party partner.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Follow up with Logistics teams to ensure presentation documents required for Letters of Credit presentation are in order.

Timely Responses:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from internal teams regarding the status of orders associated with Letters of Credit.
  • Address internal and external inquiries about the status of Letters of Credit.

Escalation and Collaboration:

  • Escalate non-routine questions to your manager.
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Compliance and Knowledge Development:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the function, internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to accounts receivable.

Ensure compliance with all internal and external audit requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent related work experience) with a focus on finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Letters of Credit
  • Ability to speak and read Chinese
