Accounts Receivable Administrator
Your Impact:
 

• Accountable and responsible to AR Activities.

Your Team:

• You will be part of a supporting global AR Team, located in different parts of the world, including Bucharest.
• Young and dynamic team focused on personal and professional improvement.
• Proactive and dedicated colleagues, striving to work smarter.
   

Your Day-To-Day

You will be accountable and responsible for:

• The delivery of accurate and in time invoices to the customer.

• Cash application activities.
• Invoice customization and manual transactions activities to ensure the correct creation of PTC invoices.
• Ensure SOX compliant processes are successfully performed.
   

Skills and knowledge most relevant to the job:

• Accountability
• Detail and action orientated
• Teamwork
• Fluent in English is mandatory
• Knowledge of an ERP (preferable Oracle)
• Excel skills
   

Basic Qualifications
 

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field
• 1-2 plus years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or similar department may be a plus
