Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy?
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and precise processing of invoices and payments across multiple currencies, directly contributing to our financial efficiency.
This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic and fast-paced finance team, where your work will directly impact our vendor relationships and financial operations.
You'll have the opportunity to work on process improvements, engage in month-end reconciliation tasks, and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and streamline our AP processes.

The Skills You Will Bring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas.
- Experience with financial systems such as Epicor or SAP Concur, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to resolving discrepancies and meeting SLAs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that all AP processes are carried out to the highest standards.

- Successfully processed multi-currency invoices and payments, ensuring adherence to SLAs and minimizing errors.
- Completed monthly supplier reconciliations, consistently resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Contributed to process improvement projects, helping to streamline AP workflows and improve efficiency.
- Played a key role in month-end close activities, ensuring that all AP-related tasks were completed accurately and on time.
- Effectively managed and resolved AP queries using the Jira ticketing system, enhancing stakeholder satisfaction.
- Supported audit requests and contributed to a successful audit process by providing accurate and timely information.
