The Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices into computer system
  • Open mail daily
  • Process checks requests, garnishments, and tax payments ensuring all appropriate approvals have been received.
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, franchisees, and others in a courteous and professional manner
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
  • Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Accounts Payable experience preferred
  • Good organizational and verbal skills
  • computer skills including basic knowledge of MS Office programs (including Outlook, Work, and Excel)
  • Must be flexible and have a reliable means of transportation
  • Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work
  • May be required to lift up to 30 lbs 
  • Prolonged sitting periods at a desk and working on a computer

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of related experience required

Pay and Benefits:

$20.00/hour to $23.00/hour, depending on education and experience.
