The Accounts Payable Representative II manage invoices to ensure timely vendor payments, and maintains accurate financial records, requiring strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices accurately and efficiently
Verify all invoices for proper approval and valid GL account and cost centers; Including GRIR matching.
Compliance with all internal control procedures.
Adhere to contractual payment terms to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in Finance.
Confident knowledge of MS Tools (especially Outlook, Excel, Word).
Ability to handle large volumes of invoices within the agreed SLA while using several ERPs and workflows.
Ability to multitask and follow frequently changing priorities.
Team-oriented demeanor, quick learner, flexibility, and high adaptability to change.
Exhibit a proactive and optimistic attitude.
Nice to Have:
Accounts Payable working experience within a shared services environment.
SAP knowledge in Accounts Payable
