The "Accounts Payable Representative II" is key in the "Procure to Pay" department. They handle invoice processing to make timely payments to suppliers, following payment terms and organizational goals.

• Request updates to corporate suppliers' information in respective systems as needed.
• Analyze invoices against purchase orders to determine if they can be processed for payment.
• Ensure invoices are correctly entered into established systems.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by identifying root causes to avoid incorrect payments or blocking issues.
• Respond to supplier and internal customer inquiries related to payments or invoice status.
• Develop technical knowledge of company systems for efficient information processing.
• Interact clearly with internal and external customers through phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Identify and propose improvements to departmental processes.
• Provide support and fulfill other requests as needed.

• Professional Technician or university high school student in Accounting or Administration.

- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in Shared Service Centers.
• B1+ English Level.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
