    Job Description

    The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for Superloop’s accounts payable process, ensuring that suppliers are paid accurately and on time. 

    What will you do? 

    • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all invoices and expenses.
    • Credit card expense administration.
    • Processing supplier and staff payments.
    • General Accounts Payable and general accounting duties.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, banks, employees, systems providers and clients.
    • Any other duties as directed. 

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 1-2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role. 
    • Highly organised with strong multitasking skills including demonstrated ability to satisfy competing demands and deadlines. 
    • Ability to problem solve and think broadly. 
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Willingness to learn new procedures and processes, and adaptable to change. 
    • Proactive nature to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 
    • Ability to learn new systems quickly. 
    • Netsuite experience desired but not essential.
