Frontline Management is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to lead our accounts payable function and ensure the timely, accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. The successful candidate will oversee AP operations, manage a team, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support financial controls and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day accounts payable operations.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop AP team members.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment runs.
- Maintain vendor records and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Monitor AP aging and cash flow requirements.
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and improve AP processes and internal controls.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operational teams.
- Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including supervisory or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Wage Range: $65K - $75K D.O.E. / Application Deadline 6/30/2026
