Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our company’s accounting department.  You’ll be responsible for processing invoices, vendor communication, and PO issue resolution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Process vendor invoices against purchase orders
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice/statement variances
• Coordinate with Procurement on PO matching discrepancies
• New vendor set up and modifications
• Review and approve employee expense reports
• Support audit requests as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOX control environment
  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members
• ERP system experience (Oracle Fusion a plus)
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong Excel skills including use of vlookups and pivot tables.
