Where You'll Make a Difference
Process, validate, approve, and post purchase order and non-purchase order invoices accurately and efficiently.
Calculate and apply value-added tax, withholding tax, and other applicable tax requirements in accordance with local regulations.
Review supplier documentation to ensure compliance with country-specific legal and tax requirements.
Execute vendor payments through scheduled payment runs while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice, payment, and account-related issues.
Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to investigate and resolve exceptions, escalating complex issues when needed.
Deliver excellent customer service to vendors, business partners, and colleagues across the organization.
Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) objectives and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
What Makes You the Right Fit
College diploma, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
Good understanding of accounts payable and general accounting processes.
Fluent Slovenian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems; SAP experience is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
