About You

Summary of Position:

• As an Accounts Payable Analyst II, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, debit/credit notes, and expense documentation in SAP. You will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the GBS Finance LAO team.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Prefeed Qualifications: 

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in invoice processing, documentation, and compliance checks.

• SAP Expertise: Strong hands-on experience across the S2P cycle, including invoice processing, payments, and backend accounting flows.

• Process Adherence: Deep understanding of internal controls, compliance standards, and audit readiness.

• Customer Service Orientation: Ability to support and guide internal and external stakeholders effectively.

• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder engagement across regions and time zones.

• Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and troubleshooting system/process challenges.

• Adaptability: Comfortable with system updates, process changes, and country-specific compliance nuances.

• Quality & Compliance Focus: Commitment to safety, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements, including familiarity with LATAM government portals.

• Cross-Functional Awareness: High-level understanding of related functions such as Procurement, Finance, and Compliance to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications:

• ​​Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years in similar roles/Shared Services Centers.

• payment processing experience is mandatory and experience in Accounts Payable or related finance function.

• Hands-on experience with SAP and other ERP systems.

• Knowledge of financial controls, audit processes, and compliance standards.

• Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

• Ability to work in a global shared services environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
