The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices and query resolution up to the point of invoice validation only.
This position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and is part of the Accounts Payable Finance team located in Cambridge, UK, this is an onsite role.
This is a fixed term contract until the end of June 2027.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Use your analytical skills
- Engage and problem solve with counter parts across the business, using your excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate your great attention to detail and time management skills
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Communication skills both written and verbal
- Accounts Payable or basic Finance experience ideal
