We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to payroll processing, accounting data entry, and Odoo ERP, and be comfortable handling day-to-day finance activities with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries
- Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, allowances, and timely disbursements
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and support statutory compliance related to payroll
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions in Odoo ERP
- Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Coordinate with HR for payroll inputs and employee-related financial data
- Support internal and external audits by providing required data and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Mandatory experience with payroll processing
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is a must
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, reconciliation, reporting)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
