About the Organisation
It is a well-established restaurant chain operating approximately 13 outlets across Gujarat,
with 6 outlets in Surat and the remaining outlets across Ahmedabad and Baroda. The finance and
accounts team consists of 7–8 professionals supporting the organization's day-to-day accounting
operations.
Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Sales
Accounting, Purchase Accounting, GST, TDS, Taxation, Bookkeeping, and General Accounting. The
role requires maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring smooth and timely accounting
operations
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle Sales Accounting and Purchase Accounting.
- Prepare and maintain GST records and related documentation.
- Handle TDS accounting and routine tax-related activities.
- Support GST, TDS, and other taxation-related work.
- Maintain accurate accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
Reconcile accounting transactions and assist with routine accounting reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth accounting operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2.5–3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience in Sales Accounting, Purchase Accounting, GST, TDS, and routine
taxation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and day-to-day accounting processes
