Role Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with experience in the hospital/healthcare sector to manage financial transactions, and statutory compliance while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Track outstanding receivables; Follow up for pending payments
2. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Zoho
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Ensure proper accounting of hospital revenue streams
- Support month-end and year-end closing
3. Hospital Billing Accounting
- Co-ordinate with billing team for Payment & outstanding
- Reconciliation of outstanding on monthly basis
Requirements
- Education background in B.Com
- 2–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare accounting
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel (advanced preferred), and hospital ERP systems
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance
