Core Responsibilities
- Reconciling and handling wholesale customer accounts
- Processing daily receipts (EFT, CC and Cheques) and sending receipts reconciliation report with the details of unapplied & unprocessed EFT (IPD CBA).
- Indexing remittance advices
- Handling allocated customers’ accounts.
- Payments follow up with the customers and collecting money from them.
- Handling customers’ claims / RMA with customers, CSD and warehouse.
- Handling customers’ queries regarding Invoices, CNs, PODs and other issues.
- Maintaining direct customers overdue analysis report.
- Handling customers’ accounts related documents received in the account support mailbox.
- Reconciling Bank Accounts – IPD and ADDELEC (WBC / CBA/ANZ)
- Running monthly customer statements and sending them out to the customers.
Skills Required
- Professional qualification in Accounting and Finance
- Part qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA
- At least three years of work experience in accounting and finance
- At least two years of experience in a similar capacity
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, ERP accounting software, and databases
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work according to Australian working days and hours
