Job Purpose
Provide short‑term support to Singapore Finance Team by ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth day‑to‑day accounting operations during the coverage period.
Key Responsibilities
Support monthly financial closing and reporting.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
Coordinate vendor payments and intercompany settlements.
Review and submit quarterly GST F5 returns and monthly withholding tax filings.
Prepare monthly cashflow reports and assist with SG&A expense analysis.
Monitor collections and working capital performance.
Liaise with banks and partners on Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees.
Provide support to auditors and tax agents as needed.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
Relevant accounting/finance experience will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP/ERP experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
Available to start immediately or short notice.
