Accounts Assistant (1 year contract)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly financial statements by maintaining accurate accounting records in line with accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and prepare operational cost reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards.
- Support the preparation and finalization of the annual budget by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Verify daily system transactions and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external institutions to ensure timely financial compliance and services.
- Assist in financial planning, inventory control, budgeting, business analysis, and strategic decision‐making.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or any related field.
- 0-2 years' experience in finance or any related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
