Our Opportunity

Fulton Hogan is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join the Fulton Hogan Infrastructure team based in Mile End, SA on a full time basis. As part of the Finance team, you will report into our Finance Manager and will provide support to our operational business units across South Australia and Northern Territory. In this role, you will play a key part in the Accounts Payable function, as well as perform general administrative support.

The Role
Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing of supplier invoices and performing payment runs
  • Reconciling supplier statements and following unresolved matters
  • Statutory reporting to the Australian Building and Construction Commission
  • Compiling weekly cashflow forecasting
  • Conducting analysis reporting on Key Performance Indicators for the Accounts Payable function
  • Maintenance of the environmental ledger to ensure accurate carbon reporting
  • Maintenance of customer and supplier database as required
  • Answering phones/communicating with suppliers in a professional and timely manner
  • Regular communicating with the wider operational business

About You
To be successful in this position you will require the following skills/experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts / admin function in a large organisation
  • A positive and friendly demeanour, with great communications skills
  • Good work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work with and contribute to the team
  • Advanced skills in Excel and exposure to an ERP (ideally Oracle/JDE)
