Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for building positive relationships? Join our Credit Control team as an Accounts Administrator and play a crucial role in opening and closing customer accounts, accurately capturing customer data, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Capture: Open and close customer accounts, recording all data accurately

Credit Checking: Conduct credit searches and verify customer data.

General Office Duties: Perform various office tasks and provide holiday cover for the team.

Customer Knowledge: Maintain accurate customer records, staying updated on customer history and business interactions with Finning.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Experience in a credit control or data administration role, where accurate data input is essential.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of people and levels within customer organizations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with SAP, DBS is a plus.
