Coveo is looking for an Accounting Technician to join our Deal Desk team and support our international expansion. This role is all about bridging accounting with cross-functional collaboration, working alongside Finance, Sales, and RevOps in a fast-moving, multi-currency environment. Every day brings something different.

As one of our Accounting Technician, you will:- Reporting on key sales metrics that help steer strategic decisions.
- Handle contract accounting and invoicing.
- Assist in the processing of sales commissions.
- Support the Finance team on various ongoing projects.
- Offering help where it’s needed - because we grow stronger when we show up for each other.
- A relevant diploma in accounting (AEC, DEP, or technical diploma).
- Strong time management and adaptability - you’re comfortable in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
- Outstanding organizational skills - you keep everything on track and never miss a deadline.
- Bilingual communication skills (French and English), with confidence interacting with internal stakeholders across the business.
- Solid proficiency with tools like Excel and accounting systems.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
- A genuine curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a team-first mindset.
- Motivated, collaborative, and always looking to improve processes.
