Job DescriptionGeneral Job Description:
The AR Tech III will actively manage Billing activities for specific customers. This person will be an experienced individual with significant exposure to Time & Material (T&M) Billing in a fast-paced environment within the Oil & Gas or any other capital-intensive industry. Ability to take on ad-hoc tasks would be required. Superior interpersonal and communication skills while interfacing with external as well as internal customers is a pre-requisite.

Skills & Expertise:

• Advanced Excel User (Pivot Tables, VLookups, Index-Match)
• Prior experience with Time & Material (T&M) Billing
• Hands-on working knowledge of the following ERP systems preferred:
  • Syteline
  • Navision

Soft Skills:

• Team-player who puts the needs of the business first and demonstrates a ‘can-do’ attitude to complete time-sensitive billing activities that directly impact cash-flow
• Good communicator – verbally and over e-mail
• Deadline-oriented
• Can be customer-facing as required
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate colleagues and co-workers
