Accounting & Tax Supervisor

On behalf of our client, a well-established global company in the Professional Services sector, we are looking to recruit an Accounting & Tax Supervisor.

Main responsibilities

• Provides accounting and tax compliance services to corporate clients, primarily multinational companies, ensuring full adherence to legal requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinates daily accounting operations for client entities, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Performs monthly and year-end accounting tasks, including VAT, VIES, Intrastat, withholding taxes, income tax returns, financial statements, and tax filings.
• Participates in ad-hoc tax advisory projects, offering tailored solutions based on client needs.
• Takes ownership of engagements and provides effective project management from planning to delivery.
• Reviews and ensures high-quality completion of assignments within budget and time constraints.
• Delivers excellent client service, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Leads and collaborates with a team of qualified professionals, assessing performance and offering guidance.
• Supports the professional and personal development of team members through active mentoring.
• Contributes to the preparation and submission of proposals for new business opportunities.

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Accounting, Tax Advisory, or Compliance services
• Experience handling diverse client portfolios, including multinational companies
• Fluency in English (daily communication with multinational clients)
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP (considered an asset)
• Proficiency in Accounting and ERP systems
• High level of self-motivation and career ambition
