Duties include but are not limited to:
* Processes documents related to expenses, such as checks.
* Contribute to maintenance of accounting data and provide support as needed to accounting
department.
* Manage various forms of accounting data, such as that related to accounts payable and
accounts receivable.
* Other duties as assigned.
Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00
* Analytical skills to evaluate, prioritize, and categorize data in various forms and formats.
* Perform calculations and analysis used in basic accounting.
* Basic knowledge in proper accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
* Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
* Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
* Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
* Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
