The Role

About us:

We are looking for an Accountant Specialist responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting principles (IFRS, Italian Accounting Standards), and supporting financial reporting processes. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records and performing simple account reconciliations.

 
What you'll do:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations;

  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, Italian Accounting Standards), fiscal regulations and company policies;

  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities;

  • Manage accounts payable or accounts receivable processes; 

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes;

  • Utilize financial software such as SAP, or other Business systems for reporting purposes;

  • Other accounting/compliance activities requested by the Associate Manager. 
     

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field;

  • 1+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment;

  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, or similar ERP systems); 

  • Proficiency in international accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standard;

  • Good Command of Italian language.
