Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Providing administrative support to the office staff as needed
• Processing car deal-related transactions
• Reconciling accounts and schedules
• Verifying the accuracy of documents
• Preparing and mailing checks
• Provide backup to other staff as necessary and as assigned by the direct supervisor
• Other accounting duties as assigned
Here’s what you’ll need:
• Prior accounting and/or automotive industry experience, required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products highly preferred
• Willingness and desire to learn
• Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
• High School Diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred
