Cambridge is looking for an organized and adaptable Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting and administrative processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, completing structured tasks accurately, and providing responsive service to internal and external customers.

In this role, you will assist with payments, entering and maintaining accounting information, and scanning and indexing documents. You will work with a variety of technology and accounting systems while helping the department manage information accurately, securely, and efficiently.

  • Process payments accurately and within established timelines.

  • Enter and update transactions and other information in accounting databases and internal systems.

  • Scan, index, and maintain accounting documents and electronic records.

  • Review information for accuracy and completeness.

  • Research and resolve routine payment or documentation questions.

  • Provide professional customer service to associates, financial professionals, and other business partners.

  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information, data, and files.

  • Assist with accounting projects and cross-train on additional departmental responsibilities as needed.


What We Are Looking For
  • Six months to one year of related experience, education, or training.

  • Previous experience with payment processing, data entry, administrative support, document management, customer service, or accounting support is preferred.

  • Foundational math knowledge with the ability to use Excel and other tools to support accurate calculations, data review, and reporting.

Location: Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid in-office 3 days/week

Compensation:  $19.00-$22.00
