- Responsável por calcular e explicar variações de custos.
- Garantir consistência e precisão do fechamento mensal para entidades brasileiras e estrangeiras sob US GAAP.
- Identificar problemas e liderar sua resolução, em parceria com a sede corporativa quando necessário.
- Preparar, revisar e aprovar reconciliações de contas.
- Gerir o relacionamento diário com áreas contábil, fiscal e correlatas.
- Apoiar a implementação de Políticas Corporativas Globais, mudanças de tratamento contábil e relatórios US GAAP.
- Elaborar demonstrações financeiras mensais.
- Construir KPIs e liderar projetos relacionados a custeio.
- Preparar e apresentar Balanço Patrimonial e Análise de Fluxo Trimestral da Demonstração de Resultados para revisões trimestrais/auditoria anual.
- Fornecer relatórios, análises e explicações ao Corporativo.
- Garantir controles financeiros internos e conformidade, incluindo requisitos SOX e de Contabilidade Internacional.
- Apoiar relatórios estatutários.
- Aplicar sólido conhecimento contábil e fiscal para identificar e auxiliar na resolução de questões.
- Revisar e atualizar políticas e procedimentos contábeis locais, conforme necessário.
- Participar de projetos de finanças, especialmente transições de ERP/sistemas (por exemplo, Protheus para SAP).
- Cargo sensível à segurança da cadeia logística e à conformidade das obrigações tributárias e aduaneiras.
Para esta posição você precisa de…
- Experiência de 4-6 anos em contabilidade de custos em entidades multinacionais.
- Licenciatura em contabilidade ou experiência equivalente.
- Proficiente em contabilidade geral em US & BR GAAP.
- Familiaridade e experiência do usuário com Protheus e/ou SAP são desejáveis.
- Excelentes habilidades escritas, orais e de comunicação para trabalhar com grupos gerenciais e multifuncionais, de diferentes países ao redor do mundo.
- Solucionador de problemas, orientado a sistemas e forte habilidade analítica.
- Detalhista orientado com habilidades organizacionais e de gerenciamento de tempo eficazes.
- Capacidade de trabalhar com vários indivíduos e projetos multifuncionais.
- Capacidade de trabalhar com as outras funções de contabilidade.

Skills Required
- 4-6 years experience in cost accounting at multinational entities
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in US GAAP and BR GAAP accounting
- Experience with account reconciliations and month-end financial close
- Knowledge and application of internal financial controls including SOX
- User familiarity with Protheus and/or SAP
- Strong Excel skills and analytical, systems-oriented problem solving
- Ability to prepare and present balance sheet and cash flow analysis for quarterly reviews and audits
- Experience supporting statutory reporting and local accounting policy updates
- English proficiency
