The Role
Accounting Specialist II

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a career-minded individual for our Accounting Specialist II.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with research and investigation of payments.

  • Record entries to include Wire and Tax Payments, DMV, Tax express- JP Morgan Chase

  • Process various Stop payment / Cancel reissue / Cancel Flat request in a timely manner.

  • ACH Intraday reporting, research and additional tasks as needed.

  • Assist in the check room with check distribution and payment processes.

  • Assist with internal mail distribution and document signature verification. 

  • Communicate via phone and email with internal customers.

  • Perform filing, other office duties and special assignments as directed. 

  • Positive Pay Exception monitoring and recording.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 years accounting experience, reconciliations.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • 10-key by touch.  

  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel and Word.  

  • Ability to read, understand and logically apply ACE policies and procedures with training and supervision. 

  • Experience in Oracle preferred.

  • Prior banking experience preferred.

  • Prior experience with corporate credit card reconciliations preferred.
