Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post new and used motorcycle sales deals accurately and promptly.
  • Review and verify deal paperwork for legal and internal compliance.
  • Issue payoffs for trade-in vehicles.
  • Stocking in New and Used Vehicles
  • Physical inventories
  • Other duties as the need arises.

    Qualifications

    What we are looking for:

    • Prior accounting dealership or Powersports experience, with deal posting experience is preferred.
    • Lightspeed DMS experience is highly preferred.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a small team environment.
    • Clear and professional communication skills across departments.
    • Someone that enjoys working as a team is a must.
