Lauth Investigations International is looking for a part-time accounting specialist/ Bookeeper to manage daily accounting and finance tasks to join our growing Indianapolis office team! This role will be 10-20 hours per week, starting at $25 to $40 per hour, based on experience.
What you will do:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable (includes processing credit card payments, check writing, check deposits, tracking outstanding payables, etc.)

Conduct monthly financial reporting.

Quarterly tax reporting

Additional accounting and financial duties as needed

Enter data, and maintain records in CRM and spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets)
About you:

7-10 years of bookkeeping experience

CPA (not required but a plus!)

Intermediate Excel and O365 experience

Advanced QuickBooks and Bill.com experience
