Position Summary
Responsible for performing various duties around customer collections and billing such as cash receipt entries, and various billing and collections efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process requests from customers via email, ticketing system, or phone.
- Preparation of customer invoices for agreements, time, and projects for all business units
- Assist with the customer collection process
- Support the collective Accounting team, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Education/Experience/Certifications
- 6+ months of accounts receivable, accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
- Occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds) may be required
- Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable individuals with disabilities/injuries to perform the essential functions of this role.
- The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
