Position Summary                                                                             
Responsible for performing various duties around customer collections and billing such as cash receipt entries, and various billing and collections efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process requests from customers via email, ticketing system, or phone.
• Preparation of customer invoices for agreements, time, and projects for all business units
• Assist with the customer collection process
• Support the collective Accounting team, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience/Certifications

• 6+ months of accounts receivable, accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
• Occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds) may be required
