Riveron is looking to bring on an entry level Revenue Analyst to our Revenue Operations team. This is an internal role that will be vital in providing accurate and confidential billing information between Riveron's clients and our Managing Directors.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
- Experienced in working of MS Excel
- An autonomous worker who can work in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ years of experience working in a corporate or client service setting
- Experience with OpenAir is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally at a high level of customer service
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience with data analysis, trend analysis, or financial statement analysis
- Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
What You'll Do:
- Partner with Managing Directors across practices to understand projects and deliver client invoices
- Expense report tracking and analysis for billable and non-billable expenses
- Coordinate with third party billing as required
- Support billing team as needed and perform other duties as assigned
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with Managing Directors regarding any billing questions or discrepancies
