ABOUT THE POSITION
ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Operational Accounting: Full ownership of AP/AR processes, bank statements, and invoice processing (including re-invoicing and advance payments) across both D365 and Symfonia systems.
End-to-End Payroll & HR Administration: Comprehensive payroll processing for employees (UoP) and civil contracts, B2B billing coordination, ZUS reporting via Płatnik/PUE, and managing employee lifecycles (registrations, terminations, PIT-11).
Tax & Statutory Reporting: Preparing and submitting VAT declarations (JPK, UE), CIT returns, and mandatory statistical reporting for GUS and NBP.
Asset & Period-End Management: Managing Fixed Assets (FA) and depreciation, processing prepaid expenses (RMK), calculating FX differences, and handling month-end/year-end closing procedures.
Group Reporting & Controlling: Preparing monthly management reporting packages (TB, Variance Analysis, Cash Flow) and collaborating on Transfer Pricing documentation.
External Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for Tax Offices, ZUS, banks, legal advisors, and state authorities.
- 3+ years of experience as an Independent Accountant or in finance;
- Very good knowledge of accounting and tax legislation of Poland;
- Very good knowledge of Office 365;
- Experience in Symfonia is a must;
- IFRS;
- Fluency in written and spoken English (B2+);
- Experience in Game Dev or IT industry will be an asset.
