Arcosa Wind Towers is looking for an Accounting & Payroll Administrator in Belen, NM.
Location: Belen, NM
What you'll do:
- Review, update, and approve /timecards on a daily/weekly basis
- Review and approve payroll weekly and reconcile reports
- Update and distribute weekly Contract and Temp employee reports
- Complete weekly and monthly labor reconciliations
- Update Vacations and Reimbursements in UKG
- Complete daily Dashboard, OT, and Attendance reporting
- Audit weekly Sox reports
- Complete end of month Journal Entries and Reconciliations
- Track Scrap daily and reconcile monthly
- Provide UKG training for Supervisors
- AP responsibilities include pulling invoices on hold, submitting AP invoices for payment as needed
- Other tasks as needed
What you'll need:
- Associate's degree Preferred
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
- Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for heavy data entry
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
- UKG & UltiPro experience preferred
Working Conditions:
- This is an individual contributor role
- Full-time Position - Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production and non-production areas and plant grounds
- May require work coverage beyond normal business hours and on weekends/holidays
- Must tolerate both high and low temperatures, and loud noises commonly found in manufacturing
- Must tolerate dusty work environment commonly found in heavy weld fabrication
