We seek a Senior Accounting Assistant to contribute to our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll be part of our Record to Report (RtR) Accounting Operations Team, handling important financial processes and collaborating across teams. This role offers excellent opportunities for growth while working with advanced financial systems and tools in a deadline-oriented environment.
Working with various ERP systems and financial management tools, you'll process accounting transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure data accuracy while maintaining strong internal controls. You'll work with stakeholders to resolve financial matters and contribute to continuous process improvements. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to succeed in a professional environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2 years of experience in accounting operations, preferably in a multinational organization
• Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience with financial reporting and month-end close processes
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
• Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong service mindset and team collaboration skills
• Experience with Hyperion, BlackLine, or similar financial tools is a plus
