- Process accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
- Verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare payment vouchers and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding payment matters.
- Coordinate with the Bank and other external parties regarding payment and documentation matters.
- Review employee expense reimbursement claims in accordance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts payable balances and vendor statements.
- Support month-end closing activities and accounting reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting functions.
- Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
