Accounting Manager
Seeking a results-driven accounting professional with experience leading accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, supervising staff, and supporting month-end close processes within a fast-paced business environment. Skilled in overseeing financial workflows, improving internal controls, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal policies.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate accounting support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Review financial records, transactions, and reports to ensure completeness and accuracy while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing, payment, and account-related issues.
- Develop and maintain departmental procedures, internal controls, and best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis by providing operational and accounting insights.
- Manage inventory-related purchasing and accounting activities, including tracking supplies and operational materials.
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing needs, workflow planning, and departmental objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Partner with other departments to resolve operational challenges and support organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience supervising accounting personnel and managing transactional accounting functions.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and enterprise accounting systems.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize deadlines, improve processes, and lead teams in a collaborative environment.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
