We are currently looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Accounting team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 accountants to deliver accurate, on-time bookkeeping, financial close and reporting.
- Oversee the Record-to-Report (R2R) process across all group entities, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Manage statutory reporting, local audits, VAT and tax compliance across multiple entities.
- Maintain strong intercompany accounting and alignment with transfer pricing policies.
- Preparation and management of group consolidation
- Participate in hiring, training and performance reviews of team members.
- Participate in the implementation process of the ERP system.
- Working closely with the Treasury and the FP&A teams to ensure accurate and timely periodic reporting.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver clear, professional financial presentations for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting
- Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) would be considered an asset.
- Experience in accounting/finance roles at a managerial level with a strong technical foundation
- Experience with multijurisdictional structures
- Strong capability in handling complex accounting issues, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong interdepartmental relationships.
- Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in English
