Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and management of daily financial operations for third party customer base for this One80 division.

Note that this role is hybrid with 3 days a week working out of our Cleveland OH office.

• Oversee and manage an accounting team to ensure all accounting processes are performed; Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team for branch
• Coordinate month-end close process and prepare and provide supporting schedules to Corporate
• Manage and administer billing and collection services for third-party customer accounts
• Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to assess the business unit’s operating results in Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle; Develop budget in conjunction with business partners and leaders
• Review financial reporting to corporate office and lead audits with outside and internal partners; Analyze monthly/quarterly financial results and provide commentary and analysis on variances to budget and prior year
• Work directly with IT and operations departments to ensure financial and policy management systems and platforms are in place to ensure financial accuracy and scalability
• Ensure financial transactions are in alignment with US GAAP, the Company’s accounting policies procedures, and ASC 606 obligations; Maintain accuracy in general ledger systems, while supporting non-financial business units with their financial needs by establishing procedures and controls

Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Public accounting experience a plus; 5+ years of related accounting experience dealing with direct supervision of month-end close process and the review, analysis, and interpretation of financial data
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience of a team of 3 or more
• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills Ability to handle fast paced and changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills
