Understanding the divisional operations and how they drive the financial results
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals across multiple jurisdictions
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with international accounting standards.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic financial insights to senior management.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field
CPA designation
5+ years’ experience in a leadership role within a multinational company
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards
Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
