Dashing Diva is seeking an Accounting Manager who oversees the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting, manages daily accounting activities, and leads the month-end and year-end closing processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and supervising accounting staff.
What You Will Do:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and cash management.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Perform and review monthly account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Coordinate annual audits and work with external auditors.
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
- Supervise, train, and support accounting team members.
- Monitor and analyze financial results, including budget-to-actual variances.
- Partner with senior management to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure timely completion of tax filings and other financial reporting requirements.
- Manage cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Perform other accounting and financial duties as assigned.
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Previous accounting supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required.
