DLC is expanding and seeking Accounting Managers to join our team in Philadelphia. Our full-time consultants partner with clients on a wide range of complex, high-impact initiatives, including accounting and finance operations, financial reporting, FP&A, financial systems implementations, process optimization, post-merger integration, and project management across diverse industries.

DLC is one of Addison Group’s five full-time, salaried Accounting and Finance practice models, supporting a diverse Fortune 500 client base across key markets, including Southern California (Los Angeles and Orange County), San Francisco, Chicago, and Philadelphia.

Our model is built on hiring highly accomplished professionals, including those with Big 4 CPA experience and/or top-tier MBA credentials. DLC consultants are seasoned, high-caliber experts equipped to support the complex and evolving needs of our clients.

Areas you will have an opportunity to provide support in:

  • Drive the financial reporting process through the consolidation,

  • Prepare monthly consolidation and financial reporting of GAAP and IFRS basis financial results,

  • Lead and manage all month-end close activities.

  • Cash management and cash flow forecasting.

  • Analyze financial results to provide company-wide and business unit evaluations & variance analysis

  • Develop and standardize monthly dashboard reporting and establish KPI’s

  • Assess and redesign Reporting packages.

  • Prepare financial reporting of GAAP and IFRS financial results.

  • Research and apply new accounting regulations as required,

  • Document and provide leadership on accounting policies and procedures to protect and maintain sound reporting controls,

  • Knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements

  • Identify areas of inefficiencies, redesign and implement process improvements

  • SEC Reporting

  • Support the company’s external reporting filings by preparing footnotes and MD&A

  • Integrate post-merger systems and reporting as needed

  • Support ERP Implementations and upgrades

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • MBA and/or CPA or in progress required

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience with some experience in large public company

  • Confidence in professional aptitude and ability to convey your skills and knowledge to clients

  • Strong willingness to be adaptable and flexible in changing environments

  • High energy with commitment to exceed customer expectations

  • Demonstrated career progression

  • Advanced excel (pivots, v-lookups) and ability to manipulate large data sets

  • Possess exceptional analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships with all levels

Compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 - $150,000 and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • MBA and/or CPA or in progress
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Some experience in a large public company
  • Knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements and IFRS familiarity
  • SEC reporting experience (preparing footnotes and MD&A)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ability to manipulate large data sets
  • Experience driving month-end close, consolidation and financial reporting processes
  • Experience with ERP implementations and upgrades
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
