- 7+ years of combined tax and accounting experience with increasing scope
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience in manufacturing or multi-entity environments
- Strong analytical, modeling, and project management capabilities
- Experience navigating complex tax/accounting guidance and driving business decisions
- Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring and continuous improvement
- Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization
- Serve as the Company’s subject matter expert on all tax-related matters, including compliance, planning, risk management, and research
- Oversee all federal, state, local, and international tax activities, ensuring timely, accurate filings
- Own the ASC 740 tax provision process, including deferred taxes, effective tax rate analysis, and disclosures
- Lead tax audits and act as the primary liaison with authorities and external advisors
- Partner with Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring
- Collaborate with FP&A and Treasury to forecast tax impacts and optimize cash flow and working capital
- Provide insights that influence financial planning, governance, and decision-making

- Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives and continuous improvement priorities
This is more than a tax role—it’s an opportunity to shape strategy, influence leadership decisions, and modernize finance operations in a growing organization. You’ll have the autonomy to lead, the visibility to make an impact, and the platform to drive meaningful change.
