Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the revenue accounting close and reporting process, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Review contracts and analyze revenue recognition arrangements to ensure compliance with ASC 606 and related U.S. GAAP pronouncements
- Provide decision support on complex revenue transactions and new product launches
- Oversee the preparation and review of revenue related journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Provide audit support for control and substantive testing
- Perform various ad-hoc projects as needed
In this job, you will bring these skills:
- 5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on revenue recognition principles, with a mix of Big 4 accounting firm and private/publicly traded companies preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and systems
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with NetSuite, Maxio, Salesforce preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement

Base salary range:
$136,000—$160,000 USD
