Job Title: Accounting Manager

Job Location: 100% Remote

Job Shift: US PST Shift (8.30 pm- 5.30 am, IST)

We're looking for an Accounting Manager to join us and expand our Team. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Netsuite Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for Netsuite, overseeing all aspects of the accounting system's configuration, customization, and maintenance.
  • Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of Netsuite and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and execute integration projects effectively.
  • Chart of Accounts Management: Design, maintain, and optimize the chart of accounts structure in Netsuite to align with the company's financial reporting needs and business objectives.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to internal teams on effectively using Netsuite functionalities, workflows, and reporting capabilities. Develop training materials and conduct sessions to enhance user proficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting processes and procedures to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Implement best practices and recommend system enhancements to optimize financial operations.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports and statements using Netsuite, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Prepare customized reports as per management's requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to support business initiatives, address challenges, and drive strategic objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA qualification preferred.
  • Extensive experience of 5+ years of working with Netsuite as an administrator, with in-depth knowledge of its functionalities, modules, and configurations.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Netsuite and integrating it with other systems. Experience with restructuring chart of accounts and data migration is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements. Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role in accounting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive results.
